Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days with approximate arrival within 5-8 business days. Orders will not be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. All standard shipping is through USPS. 

By placing an order, you accept that shipping delays are beyond our control. Please reach out if you experience a delay of seven (7) days or more over the typical shipping schedule.

Once a product is shipped and “delivered”, LashedbyMadison is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please contact the delivery carrier for further questions and concerns.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any lost or stolen packages.
