Lash Products

Inspect your order upon arrival as there is a NO REFUND POLICY. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of your shipment’s arrival. To receive any replacement items, you must send proof of the damaged or defective items to the email address listed above so the items can be inspected. All damaged or defective items must be returned prior to any replacement item(s) being sent out. Damaged bottles such as Super Bonder, Primers, Adhesives, etc. will not be replaced if the plastic protective seal is broken/removed. 

 

To request a replacement item, you must contact lashedbymadison2@gmail.com within 24 hours of your shipments arrival. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you, as well as instructions on how and where to return your damaged products. Items sent back without first requesting a return will NOT be eligible for a replacement item.
